• Orders & Payment: COD available for orders below PKR 3,000; full advance required for orders above PKR 3,000. Prices may change without notice.
• Shipping: Delivery within 4–5 working days. Delays may occur due to location or unforeseen issues.
• Returns & Refunds: Returns accepted within 3 days only for damaged, broken, wrong, or not-as-described items. Exchange not allowed if the product is correct but not liked. Refunds processed in 5–7 working days.
• Product Info: Slight color or design variations may occur.
• Liability: Zasad Jewelry is not responsible for indirect or unexpected damages.
