At Zasad Jewelry, we aim to provide high-quality jewelry and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within 4–5 working days across Pakistan
  • Delivery time may vary slightly due to location or unforeseen delays

💳 Payment Policy

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders below PKR 3,000
  • Orders above PKR 3,000 require full advance payment
  • Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash

🔁 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery
  • Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
    • The product is damaged or broken
    • You received the wrong item
    • The product is not the same as shown

🚫 Exchange Policy

  • If the product is correct but you do not like it, exchange is not allowed

📦 Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • An unboxing video is required for any claim
  • Claims without proper proof will not be accepted

💸 Refund Policy

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash
